Customer finds cockroach in her coffee drink

“Yuck!” was the word that came out of the mouth of a customer when she allegedly found a cockroach in her coffee jelly frappuccino drink.

Facebook user Jems Alberto posted this picture on Saturday, June 6, with the caption: “Kadiri! PLEASE SHARE…….. Make sure you check thoroughly, bought this at “Starbucks SM Dasmarinas”!!! ‪#‎yuck‬ talaga…… — feeling shocked.”

When urged by her friends to lodge a complaint against the establishment, Jems said she will do it one step at a time.

In another post on Sunday, the customer swore that it was her last time to buy a drink at Starbucks.

In the comments section, she told a friend that she was on her way to a medical check up.

Jems claimed that the particular Starbucks branch messaged her for a settlement, which she apparently refused.

Starbucks is welcome to explain their side. The store may put a statement in the comments section and we will take care of the rest.
